Fulstandig Shows and Events takes the protection of personal data very seriously, and therefore, its management proposes the following personal data protection goals.

This defines Fulstandig Shows and Events’ basic orientation to achieve full compliance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law (Brazil). In particular, it is stated that compliance with the aforementioned legal regulations takes complete and total precedence, even over business requirements.

Objectives:

Justice and Legality:

When personal data is processed by Fulstandig Shows and Events, the right of data subjects to their personal data must be fully guaranteed. Personal data must be legally collected and processed in accordance with the Law, respecting the express consent of the data subjects, and in compliance with contracts and the company’s social purpose.

Purpose of Processing:

The processing of personal data is exclusively intended to pursue the objectives defined and duly informed before their collection. Subsequent changes to the purposes are only possible in a limited way, require justification, as well as the new collection of acceptance and respective consent from the users who own the personal data.

Transparency:

The data subject must be informed about the processing of their data. In principle, personal data should be collected from the data subject themselves. When collecting data, the data subject must be able to recognize at least the following or be informed about:

⦁ the identity of the controller;

⦁ the purpose of the data processing;

⦁ the periods for which the documents must be kept;

⦁ third parties or categories of third parties to whom the data may be transferred.

Data Prevention and Data Minimization:

Before any processing of personal data, it must be verified whether and to what extent this is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was processed.

If it is possible to achieve the objective and the effort is proportionate to the intended purpose, anonymous or statistical data should be used as a priority. Personal data should not be retained for possible future use unless required or permitted by law.

Deletion:

Personal data that is no longer needed after the end of retention periods related to legal or business processes should be deleted. If, in individual cases, there are indications of interests worthy of protection or historical significance of such data, the data should remain stored until the reasons that gave rise to said storage have been legally exhausted.

Factual correction:

Personal data must be stored correctly, completely and – if necessary – up-to-date. Appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data is deleted, corrected, supplemented or updated.

Data Confidentiality and Security:

Data confidentiality applies to all personal data. They should be treated confidentially, preferably without manual contact, and protected against unauthorized access, unlawful processing or disclosure, as well as accidental loss, alteration or destruction by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Commitment:

The undersigned administrators affirm that unequivocal notice was given and express commitment was obtained from all managers and employees of Fulstandig Shows e Eventos, who also committed to pursuing these data protection goals, observing the basic data protection regulations, and supporting the data protection strategy to the best of their technical and professional capacity.

To guarantee data protection, Fulstandig Shows e Eventos employs technical and organizational measures, privacy by design and by default, internal risk management, constant training, and other procedures that are constantly being improved, in addition to those currently under development.
