ESG describes the dedication of time and resources to a project that prioritizes commitment and respect for the environment and society in every action we take and in every decision we make. This means that conscious decisions are promoted from all the human forces in our company, focusing on sustainable social practices and well-being.
Among project-based actions, we promote a supply chain that meets ESG standards, which demands self-reflection on our processes, not just those of our clients. This is the only way to ensure that our own logistics services align with ESG criteria and is in itself another example of how ESG principles and capital allocation work together in a mutually reinforcing way.

We have a Wellness space so that everyone who wants can disperse tensions and have good healthy practices.

commitment
Events are key to human collaboration. This industry understands its economic and social benefits, and at the same time is clear on its responsibility to minimise the climate impacts it generates.
Our commitment has already begun in 2023 with concrete actions on the path to NZC.
This 2024 we are part of the NZCE initiative, which was launched in late 2021. This roadmap, which we initiated, is the result of a collaborative approach and aims to establish a common path to achieve this ambitious goal.

The key is to measure and track our emissions ON-SITE LOGISTICS according to industry best practices:
• Scope 1
Direct GHG emissions that occur from sources owned or controlled by the organisation.
• Scope 2
Indirect GHG emissions from generation of purchased electricity consumed by the organisation.
• Scope 3
Other indirect GHG emissions that occur as a consequence of the activities of the organisation, but occur from sources not owned or controlled by the organisation.
We are in
NZCE roadmap
✅ Improve collaboration and exchange of information between organisers, venues and logistics operators to reduce inefficiencies in the unloading, reloading, as well as assembly and disassembly processes.
✅ Reduce the number of trips to and from the show sites.
✅ Manage vehicle movements (avoiding peak hours whenever possible).
✅ Require the use of smart navigation technology to reduce downtime in traffic / favor more emissions-efficient routes.
✅ Introduce company-wide policies on energy efficiency
